Responsibilities: •Order fulfillment Management: ensure internal orders are delivered per customer request dates •Monitors back-ordered items and expedite delivery with plants with the intent to maximize company’s revenue especially during quarter close •Ensure warehousing operations are conducted in accordance with our Internal Controls & Quality Policies •Reconcile shipment discrepancies with customers, warehouse and suppliers •Execute daily PO to manufacturing sites to ensure timely stock replenishment and eventually order fulfilment •Monitor and coordinate with manufacturing sites on overdue PO for delivery commitment •Manage 3PL regional (Asia Pacific) warehouse activities; include distribution, inventory accuracy and storage at optimum cost •Manage logistics contract implementation, supplier performance review and involved in resolving day-to-day logistic operational issues with 3PL Qualifications: •Degree in Logistics Management or related disciplines •Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in working with 3PL & Regional Distribution environment •Proficient in MS office and SAP experience is a must •Experience in warehouse management will be highly considered •Experience in International Trade preferred •Strong interpersonal and communication skills •Ability and willingness to multi-task in a fast paced environment •Independent, resourceful and self-driven with a customer service-oriented mindset Interested applicants, please send your CV to [HIDDEN TEXT].
