Job Description
Lead a team of technical staff in the maintenance of M&E facilities in buildings. You also oversee M&E projects from design inception to completion, ensure compliance with building regulations and specifications; and manage manpower and resources.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with about 5 years’ experience in the design and/or maintenance of M&E building services
- Familiar with local Code of Practices, Building and Fire Safety Regulations
- Good knowledge of maintenance of various types of M&E equipment and systems used in the buildings; and having an established network of vendors, suppliers and contractors
- Enjoy working outdoors
