Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general Administrative support
  • Filing, archiving
  • Data entry
  • Answering phone calls
  • Sorting mails and distribution
  • Cover for reception duties
  • PowerPoint and Web Page Design - with microsoft web programming skills

Requirements:

  • "O"/ "A" Levels or Diploma qualification
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Administration, Telemarketing, and/or Coordination role
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Proficient in MS Office applicaition - especially MS Excel
  • Part-Time and Temporary position available as follow:
    • 3 months Telemarketing at Changi - $1000 + comm
    • 1 month Office Admin Assistant at Raffles (start in July)
    • 3 months Logistic Asst at Tai Seng - Good Excel (Macro & Formulas)
    • Permanent Part-time Recep/Admin at Jurong (12:30pm - 5:30pm)
    • 6 months to perm Part-time Sales Coordinator at Boon Lay
    • 3 - 6 months (to perm) Powerpoint and Web Page Designer at Toa Payoh
  • Only Singaporean and/or SPR need apply
