Our client a renowned well established MNC in the telecommunications industry which spans across various countries is looking to hire an account manager to be part of their team.
-Recommend changes and improvements in design, pricing of sales policies and sales strategies.
-To build, maintain and execute an accounts strategy ensuring the achievement of sales targets, maintenance of customer relationships internal and external, in collaboration with other Global Sales Teams.
-Capable of identifying opportunities, direct activity, reach/maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor with the goal of helping the customer achieve their goals.
-Working and coordinating with other internal Divisions to delivery solution to customers.
-Produce and manage weekly/monthly reports, development activities, sales funnel and revenue.
-Penetrate and secure new, strategic accounts to achieve revenue & profit targets.
-Conference calls with group companies on weekly and monthly basis
-Responsible to understand and build solid relationships with the assigned accounts and develop more business opportunities through upselling of products & services.
-Uncover opportunities within the accounts and build sales pipelines.
-Ability to analyse technical solutions and understanding client’s needs and requirements
-Coordinate and manage all dealings with the accounts, including customer relationships, sales, and post-sales activities
-Responsible for all sales activities and spearhead project tenders
-Degree holder in related fields (IT, Computer Engineering).
-At least 5 years of experience in the Telecoms related industry with relevant product knowledge.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills especially presentation skills.
-Sound analytical and problem solving skills.
-Dynamic, self-driven, able to work at odd hours (supporting US or Europe region).
-Knowledge of sub-sea cables is a plus
-Good understanding of Telco, DC and SI businesses
