Job Description
Account & Admin Assistant
  • Perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team. His/ her responsibilities include; 
  • AP and AR 
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies 
  • Create and update expense reports 
  • Process reimbursement forms 
  • Prepare bank deposits 
  • Enter financial transactions into databases 
  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy 
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records 
Requirements
  • LCCI/ Diploma in Accounting 
  • Working experience a plus but not necessary 
  • Familiar with MS Office/Excel. 
  • A keen learner 
The company is located in Tuas. There will be company bus to pick up and drop off at CCK MRT Station.
