Job Description

The Client

Our client is a global leader in the oil and gas industry.  To support its strategic goals in the region, it is imperative to build and maintain its long term competitive advantage in terms of candidate attraction, employee development and retention through leading edge Compensation and Benefit programs.

The Position

Reporting into the Division HR Manager, this role will develop, implement and design compensation and benefits programs for the region, including Indonesia, Australia, China and Russia.  This position acts as the lead for Compensation and Benefits and an advisor to all Department Managers and Sector HR Managers in the region.

 

The Candidate

 

A degree holder, you should have 5-8 years of progressively responsible compensation experience.  Have exposure to international compensation and benefits plans (design preferred), and have thorough knowledge of wage and salary administration with regards to compensation.  You will have strong analytical and negotiation skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team or independently.
