Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products to meet pre-determined company targets.

Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.

Researches & identifies new market opportunities for both product & distribution.

Plans and implements all new product launches.

Leads all Brand Building activities – accountable for the Companies A & P budget.

Develops and recommends pricing strategy for the organization which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run.

Leads and develops the marketing teams located in the individual countries on a dotted line relationship.

Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs, merchandising policy, and product packaging and formulation to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

Works closely with the Country managers / Sales Heads to support achievement of Sales Revenue objectives thorough proactive new product introductions and timely implementation of the promotions calendar.

Key member of the SEA Senior Management Team responsible for contributing to the development of the strategy for South East Asia jointly with the VP.
