Job Description

For our Singapore office, we are currently looking for sales professionals to join our team as Recruitment Consultant.
The role is all about sales: hunting, creating value, discovery, some more hunting, presentation, negotiation, close, repeat. From uncovering a great employer through diligent cold calling or networking, to discovering ’A-player’ candidates, you will bring these people together to close a deal.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Build business and identify potential clients through effective canvassing
- Gain commitment, sell brand and maximise opportunity whilst taking Job Spec’s
- Identify and win client meetings to build business
- Conduct client meetings – Maintain, build and explore future needs
- Sourcing candidates
- Managing interview process (client and candidate)
- Candidate control – Positively influencing candidates to achieve their objectives
- Negotiation
- Close the deal
