Description:

§         Technologies will focus on include :

o       WAN-technologies,

o       Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS),

o       IP routing, Peering,

o       DDoS-mitigation and

o       Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).

§         In charge of Tier-3 IP related technical support in Connectivity Services, also participate for projects during the creation and deployment of new services/technical concepts.

§         Working in close co-operation with the Backbone Network Operations Center, other experts in the same team and ISP-providers, as well as third party software and hardware vendors (like Arbor Networks, Cisco and Juniper).

§         As a more experienced network specialist in the future, will act as a Configuration Owner, producing the technical content of relevant service documentation and owning technical details of own responsibility area.

§         Moving forward, will contribute to complex technical IP network designs.

§         Permanent role.   

§         Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred.  

Skills:

• 4 – 5 years of experience in MPLS and WAN related environments.
• Exposures to global network infrastructure are added advantage.  
• Detailed understanding of Quality of Service, WAN-technologies, peering and IP routing (BGPv4/OSPF).
• Proven talent for debugging complex network structures.
• CCIP or CCNP holder  
• Target-oriented and self-motivated, you have what it takes to tackle problems independently.
• Candidate must enjoy communicating your innovative ideas in a complex, multi-cultural working environment.
