Job Description
Requirement:
· Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or technical degree.
· CCVP holder desired.
· Min 3 years working experience in supporting CISCO IP telephony and voice infrastructure of a large user base.
· Proficient in configuring Cisco Call Manager, Unity, SRST, voice gateway, voice gatekeeper and etc.
· Experience with migration from traditional PABX to Cisco IP Telephony is desired.
· Good working knowledge in deploying and configuring network hardware like Switch, Router, Load Balancer, Packet Shaper, DNS and DHCP.
· Good communication skills, committed and a team player.
· Languages : English, Mandarin (MUST)
· Nationality : Singaporean or PR ONLY
· Salary : $ 4,500 max
· Employment type : 1 year contract / Permanent
